Air OPS Annex VI Part-NCC obliges non-commercial operators of complex motor-powered aircraft to fulfill new legal requirements effective August 25, 2016. Beside others, it requires the Operator to:
• Establish a Management System
• Create and maintain Operations Manuals Part A, B, C and D
• Nominate persons (Ground Operations, Flight Operations, Maintenance etc.) as required for the respective type of operation
• Assign the aircraft to a Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO)
• Demonstrate compliance by establishing an audit plan and executing accordingly
